Lubricar, Inc. offers employees an opportunity to invest in their future by participating in a 401k plan with Voya when the following eligibility criteria has been met:

  • Employee must be 18 years of age or older
  • Employee must be employed for a minimum of 1 year
  • Employee must work a minimum of 1000 hours

Lubricar, Inc. offers a discretionary annual 401k match to contributing participants.  Match is calculated based on company performance and profitability.   To be eligible, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Currently be contributing into your 401k plan
  • Be employed on December 31 of the match year.
